Timeline
El Dorado was born with the main idea to manufacture trailers and campers in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
1973
1977
Grupo Industrial El Dorado opens its new plant of trailers, campers, enclosed trailers, and specialized mobile units in Guadalajara, Jalisco. At the same time, it establishes a new line plant and point of purchase in Houston, Texas.
1995
Grupo El Dorado improves ambulance business and specialized mobile units.
2005
Grupo El Dorado is consolidated as one of the best ambulance and specialized mobile unit manufacturer in Mexico. It also redefines their product line focus on high specialization.
2011
Grupo El Dorado is consolidated as one of the most important companies in Latin America.
Ambumedic, one of the business models, which is focused on the manufacturing of high specialized ambulances, is defined.
